My name is Shaza. As a business co-founder, designer, and community leader in Malaysia,

I've worked with Tiffany on several initiatives over the years.

I first got to know Tiffany through the Ladies That UX community she built. When she invited me to speak at their International Women's Day event, the conversations were genuine, the community felt inclusive beyond just gender, and you could tell she'd thoughtfully created a space for meaningful and safe discussions about our craft.

Few people have the opportunity to report to a manager who is also a coach and mentor but I did when I worked for Tiffany Chew. I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany for two years at Plus Solar Systems, collaborating on several project teams.
